Halloween Wine Tasting and Karaoke
When I looked at the calendar this year and realized that Halloween was on a Saturday I was soooooo excited. I mean, we have all these great costumes and I haven't been to a Halloween party in years! So, I called Kate and we started looking for something to do for Halloween. Our answer came in a newsletter from Daveste Vineyards...they were having a costume wine tasting on Halloween. Then Happy Eva After told us that The Second Fret was having costume karaoke. So our plans were to attend the wine tasting and then head to karaoke.
Now, to decide what to dress as. While watching the series True Blood, the character Bill was singing the song "Hard Hearted Hannah, the Vamp of Savannah".......and my idea was born. Here I am as Hard Hearted Hannah.

Hugh Damwright was our neighborhood Zombie Confederate Soldier, while Catawba Kate was a Zombie Vivandierre. Don't they make a cute couple?
