I got to see the boot covers in person and they are cute as they can be. I might even be able to make them without too much trouble!!

 Madamekat!http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5588912 I couldn't resist these because they had bloomin' flowers and they arrived today! These have grommets and lacing up the back, an elastic band that fits under the shoe, and buttons and buttonholes. Even though these are soft leather, the artist has sewn boning up the sides for more stability which would be a great idea for longer boot covers than the ones I made in this Belle Academy thread. The workmanship and creativity of the Les Frivolities artist is wonderful and I highly recommend them!
