Oh your bodice is looking so very pretty! And that little bonnet, does match perfectly!
But, as I told you at Winter Range, you really don't have to keep it, I'm ready to help you out at the drop of a hat (so to speak), just let me know, Alpine is not really very far from me and I could be there to take it off your hands in . . . oh . . . two hours or so . . .

no, no, no Dixie.....you can't have my little bonnet.....it's got a very good home up here in Alpine and will only come out and play if it's atop my head! It loves me and I love it! Sorry.....

Okay...bodice all done except for sleeves (waiting for two toned bodice pattern to arrive so I can use that pattern's sleeves) and sewing lining into bodice...along with buttons, and button holes and trim. :-)
Now I'm on to the under skirt. Cut pattern pieces out this morning and I have a good 1.5 yards of navy blue silk left over. Wahoo!!! I love it when I have more than enough fabric to "Get Er Done!" I'll post pics of the skirt as it nears completion.
