I have a man's frock coat, all black wool. It's in the 1860s style, but was probably made around the 1920s-30s.

It's too small for my hubby, who is guessing it's around a 38 chest. Excellent condition. If anyone is interested, I will post photos/price and if not, it will go on Ebay.

I know someone who may be interested. He is new to CAS, but his wife has been a member here for over a year. So please post a pic and price.

Thanks,
NGK

Here you go, Miss Kay. The coat is solid black but I lightened it for details. It has black covered velvet buttons and there are two inside pockets. It measures 14inches across the back, shoulder to shoulder, 23 1/2 from shoulder to cuff and 38 inches long in front. Nice coat weight wool with no flaws anywhere. Lining is great too. Back has the pleats and is open from waist down. It has a metal belt hook in the back, which could be removed.

Price 50.00 plus 8.00 shipping. I paid 98.00 for it a few months ago.

Just ignore the fact that I have it on my dress form backwards.:lool
