Class needed....Re-doing a fan

Has anyone ever re-done a fan? I need a lesson...would you glue silk to "bones" with E-6000...or how would you do it?

If i remember rightly, PMS did a great class on re-doing a fan ages ago. Now i cant remember if it was on here or in the OP mag.
