New fabric purchases

Ok, so I can't find my purple stripe that I want for Vickie and I can't find my white satin with navy flowers on it for Karen----------but boy oh boy did I find something for me! I got me 11 yrds Plum and Aubergine striped fabric (gonna do an 1870's outfit with it)

, and I just bought 15 yrds of red/black dupioni silk plaid (had to settle for the traditional LL colors since FFC ran out of the purple and navy that I wanted) for $9.00/yd!

Cool I am happy to scout the fabric district in California for all eastern bound ladies! Dupioni in any color should never cost more than 6.00 a yd
dupioni patterns I am not sure?? Good deal on the plaid!

P.S It gives me the excuse to shop HHHAAAAAHHHAAA Or at least thats what my hubby thinks!
I also have other secret stashes in trims and fabrics currently with a friend!
(It was 2-3,000 sq foot wherehouse for costumes, trim and fabric) She is always happy to sell !
