CHEESE BREAD!!
1 crusty loaf of sourdough bread sliced thin
Put the following into a food processor
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp celery salt
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp tabasco sauce
1 tsp paprika
1tsp garlic powder or 1 tsp crushed garlic
1 lb margarine or butter
3 oz ramano cheese grated
1 lb fine grated cheddar cheese
process and spread thickly on the slices
place under the broiler no more then 40 seconds til slightly browned/melted toasty!
