Hi all,
I have posted over on the Truly Victorian site that I am looking for some individuals who are or want to think about going to Dicken's in Galveston, but don't have a place to stay.
Basically long story short, I booked two places when I only needed one and I can't get out of one of them. I am looking for some people to share a resort condo at Inverness by the Sea for $200.00 for the week. Since I only need the place for 1 nite, it's kind of steep. It's a two bedroom place that can accomidate up to six people. Right now it's myself, my husband and one friend of ours that is staying. The $200 is to be divided per person-so if you are a couple you would pay double. You could even bring some air mattresses or sleeping bags to sleep on. I know that it's not the Ritz, but the more people we have sharing the cost, the more money we would all have to spend on other things.
