LiveJournal tutorial specifically for WordPlay

Click on Create an Account button or link

On the Account Information page - Fill in your account information, checkmark next to "I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy."
and click the Create Account button

On the Set Up Account page, choose an account level of service. The Basic Account is free with no advertising and the Plus Account is free with advertising.

For playing my games, a basic account is adequate.

Select Basic and click the button at the bottom of the page.

On the Getting Started page, enter as much or as little information as you please (this can be edited later, if you wish) then click the Save and Continue button.

On the Getting Started - Find Friends page, select Search by User Name and enter garnet_rose in the text box and click Go.

That will take you to my Profile page.

Click the button at the far left that looks like a head with a plus mark

On the Add garnet_rose as a friend?
Page click the Add button - that will add me to your friends list.

(If you so desire you may Manage Message Settings to get notifications when I update my Journal, but it is not necessary in order to play the games.)

Check your email inbox for LiveJournal’s confirmation. Click the link in LiveJournal’s email to confirm your registration. You will not be allowed to post to my journal until you are confirmed.

On the Welcome to LiveJournal page, there is a Find box at the upper right of the screen. Enter garnet_rose in the text box, select User Name in the pulldown menu and click Go. That will take you to my Profile page.

Click on the garnet_rose icon to go to my journal.

On my journal page, each game question has it’s own thread. Click the
(comment on this) Link to post your answer.

Type your answer in the text box and click the Post Comment button.

From your posted comment’s page, to navigate further you may: click on the garnet_rose icon to go to my journal, or click on the left green arrow to go to the previous post, or the right green arrow to go to the next post.

Thank you to those who have joined up and added me to their friends list! As soon as I get the email informing me I've been added to your list, I will add you to mine. Then you will see interspersed throughout the game the "hidden" links to songs. If you left click on the song links, they should play in your default player (I use Windows Media Player). If you right click on the songs links and choose Save Target As you can download them to your computer.
