Well, first let me admit that I don't like cooking. And I've lived at an altitude of 7,500 for about 5 years and don't bake enough to figure out how to conquer the problems . My big problem with baking is that the edged get overcooked and the center doesn't quit get done. This pan could be the answer to my baking problem!

Hmmm cool idea, but I love the centers, which works out great cuz DH loves the edges!
