Ok, I love this stuff!
1 pound bacon
1 small onion, chopped as chunky or as fine as you like
1 8oz can of beef broth
1 1/2 cups of Ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
Fry the bacon until its nice and crisp, remove from heat. Discard 1/2 of the bacon drippings, add onions and return to heat. Cook onions until nice and tender. Crumble bacon and mix with onions. Pour beef broth over bacon and onions and cook for about 5-10 minutes or until broth begins to reduce. Add ketchup and stir well. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes. YUMMMMMMMYYYYYY!
