TV 170 Petticoat pattern question

Ok so I have some major brain-damage going on...:re

Making my list ...checking it twice...lay out my 170, to make another petticoat and...ummm....where is the flounce!?!? dag nab it...!:mad: I seem to have misplaced it!:ruff Could some one that has this pattern pull it out and tell me the dimension of the flounce piece? If I remember correctly it is simple a rectangle of such and such a size...and does it go on the fold? ( seems like it does?)

piece D flounce......14.5x21 on fold no tucks
19.5x21 on fold with tucks, they start at 11.5 and then each 1.5 to bottom

And you just know that pattern piece is SOMEWHERE in the house, and will appear exactly when you don't need it anymore.

Isn't it funny how every area of knowledge has a bit of secret code about it? Trust me, it helps a lot to have made the petticoat before, or at least seen the pattern envelope!

LOL wallaby...hon those are the dimentions of the pattern piece a big rectangle (in inches...) then the marking for where the tucks go, and how often they are marked, and that said piece should be placed on the fold...

I think it is time to order another 170 for me because pieces are missing and it is looking well worn...I got this before I figured that it would be a good idea to trace out my petti....so it have been pinned and repinned a few times:re
