Turkey w/gravy
Cornbread Stuffing
Cranberry salad
Candied sweet pototoes
White Cheddar and Roasted garlic Mashed Taters
Green beans with bacon
Buttered Corn
Beer bread
Black olives stuffed with cream cheese
Southern Pecan Pie
Wild Blueberry pie with homemade vanilla ice cream
Pumpkin Custard pie with creme` fresh and a dash of rum

The plans I had got canceled and everyone else already made plans to be out of town because they thought I already had plans. So, I'm not cooking a huge meal for two people. Maybe we'll go to a movie and add popcorn and milk duds to the menu.

Balsamic Vinegar/Olive oil basted turkey roasted in the Camp Chef Ultimate Roaster.
Mashed potatoes
Sweet Potato Souffle (pecans/brown sugar crunch topping) made in the Dutch Oven
home made cranberry sauce (cranberries, crushed pineappe, mandarin oranges, walnuts)
black olives
green bean cassarole
wild rice (no white rice here!) with turkey giblets & fresh mushrooms
homemade pecan pie
pumpkin pie made with FRESH pumpkin

We had our Thanksgiving feast on Monday 'cause we are packing tomorrow to go shooting in Tombstone this weekend. We had turkey, taters, biscuits, green beans, pumpkin pie, apple pie and pecan pie.And wine and beer. I'm still stuffed!

I don't know....we are going to our daughters house (her first big family meal since she has been married - 10 years) so all I know for sure is deep fried turkey and stuffing
