Need help finding a skirt!!

Well I have finally gone and done it. I have convinced my wife that she should dress up like a saloon hall girl for Halloween for 2 parties we have been invited to. And I need help with the skirt. At least I think that is all I need help with. I found a red corset on www.henryandjune.com that I think is tasteful and attractive at the same time, but I need a skirt to go with it. My wife is Guatemalan, with a Mayan Indian heritage so she will look good in red. I plan on getting a fancy comb, cameo on a balnk ribbon for her neck, a red boa and of corse lace up shoes. But I need help with finding a source for skirts. Here is the corset: Now where do I go for a red skirt? If any ladies would know it would be all of you! Thanks for your help.

Thanks for so many replies. Not sure but I probably don't have enough time to get one made, so I would rather but one, although I amy not be able to match the color so I should think about a black one? My wife is a size 14, but a petite 14, being as she is only 5'. Her bust size is 38C. I did see some fairly reasonable costumes off the internet, from 50 to 100, maybe I should go that route instead.
