for chocolate clay covering

white chocolate chips 12-14 oz size
melt in microwave oven or on double boiler
in strong mixer add 1/3 cup corn syrup add both ingredients mix well til mealy
then turn in to zip loc bag massage till it forms one ball (this is less messy than doing it by hand)
I used rubbergloves for this next part
devide small ball to dye green drop food color on ball and work in
replace in sepreate bag so it does not harden in air..

dye remaining part orange
cover in plastic bag

you can follow all above directions except coloring with milk or dark chocolate for the stems!!

To assemble
fill cake middle well with pumpkin filling (i put mine in a plastic bag and cut a corner off to use to squirt in the hole)

roll out disk of orange clay on non stick surface with greased rolling pin or between 2 greased foil sheets lay over top of filled cake trim excess

pierce center
make green tendril and dark chocolate stem insert in center!
Voila fun cake!!
dark chocolate can also be used to make a jack o' lantern face on front!!

Large bundt can be used as well!!

Also there will be some leftover filling to pipe on plate on side of served cakes!!
clay covering is alot like fondant but better!!
for other recipes you can add flavoring to clay!!
