Yes.................I broke down and bought the Cheerio Cookbook after I bought the Twinkie one! LOL!!
1 cup of PB, either creamy or chunky
1/2 cup of light corn syrup
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
2 cups of Cheerios
1 cup of milk chocolate chips
In a microwave, melt the chocolate being careful not to burn it. Set aside. In a large bowl combine PB, p. sugar, and syrup. Mix well. Stir in Cheerios until well coated. Using a teaspoon, form into balls (about the size of a ping-pong ball) and set on wax paper. Drizzle chocolate over balls. Allow chocolate to set before serving. Yields approx. 3 doz.
