4 cups of Bisquik
2 cans of beer
1 stick of butter
Open one can of beer and pour into a glass. Take a sip. Measure out 4 cups of Bisquik and pour into a large mixing bowl. Open second can of beer and begin to pour into a glass. Remember that you have already done this. Pour second can of beer into bowl with Bisquik and mix well. Take a big sip of your beer in the glass while you're doing this. Roll biscuit mix onto a floured sufface and cut into 3" circles; place on ungreased baking sheet; bake at 400 for about 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. While biscuits are baking, finish drinking beer. Melt butter in saucepan or microwave. Drizzle over biscuits. Yields: one satisfied cook and 18 biscuits.
