Hi everyone,

Just thought i would let you all know we are back home from the Nationals. What a great week, lots of good hot weather and some good shooting over the week.

Bragging now starts, i WON LADIES TRADITIONAL, and speed rifle which was shot on the Texas Star and i also won the Female Plainsman( cap and ball duelest with single shot rifle).

Miss Ruby WON B Western Category,overall female,and speed shotgun, i came in third female overall (Alvira Sullivan Earp was 2nd)... :mad: a few misses i dont want to discuss!....lol need more practice

All in all we had a great week, i had some pictures but they have all blurred on my camera. SO when we get some better ones i will put them up for all to see.Ruby took a bunch im sure she will share when she returns home.

Looks like Miss Ruby will be bunking with me for EOT, so will be seeing all of you that intend to go in 2006.

Hey congratulations!!!!!!!!!!! I hope that you won something for that dress you made too! You and Miss Ruby bunking together at EOT next year? That place will never be the same! LMAO!!!

L.D. was awarded her "Regulator" badge ..... a well deserved (and long overdue) recognition of the selfless time and effort she puts into our sport. I believe it is 1 of only 3(or 4) in Australia.

Clancy you looked fabulous along with the other ladies too. Ruby I recognise that polka dot fabric for your VBS. You look adorable!! :jp

Thanks Kate, yes that is the polka dot fabric you got for me. Clancy made a fantastic job of my VBS, I was absolutely thrilled with it.

I had problems down sizing my photos so Nellie Blue has kindly offered to do it for me.

I have just e-mailed her six mega-size photos (well, it's gonna take a while for her to even get them with my dial up) and will post them here when she has had a chance to do them and mail them back to me.

What a team we are on here - well you girls are - Kate buying my fabric, Clancy making my VBS, Nellie Blue helping with my photos - where else would you get that kind of support and friendship???
