Just checkin on some things going on here in Charlotte and thought i would let all ya'll know to keep an eye out.
There has been a string of B&E's at Dicks Sporting goods around here and they are getting some firearms (its been in the news too). I was looking over the list of weapons taken and the are things that most good cowboys would buy for hunting. Not the cheap crap they normally take.
Just keep your eyes open for that "bargin" that just shows up from someone your not real familiar with. For a side note, buying stolen goods is a misd. if under $1000, but the "firearm" part makes it a felony. But i am not sure of many DA's that would actually prosecute if they think your an innocent victim. Mostly what happens is you loose the item and the money you spent on it.
I am going to see about how much i can let ya'll know about what exactly was stolen and then get back to ya.
