I don't know if you can tell from the photo, but the rail car was rolling down the track....you had to hold a stuffed doll between your knees....and hit 5 small knockdowns...and 5 stationary targets...all while the car was moving!!! Interesting to say the least.

This was the John Wayne shoot in San Luis Obispo, CA.

That looks so cool! What were you shooting off of the moving railcar, rifle? Can not tell from the picture.
I don't like tequila well enough to shoot anyone over a bottle, now if it where burbon. Course my daddy taught me to shoot someone just for stealing to begin with, so I reckon it don't matter what he took. Glad you nailed him.

CF, they had created a miniture hand-car and put it on a set of rails, then moved it with some kind of chain like they would use on a roller coaster (only very slowly)....you stood on the moving hand-car as it rolled down the track. :noe

Great pics Nellie, looks like a great shoot. From the sounds of that stage you are talking about we have something simliar at a shoot in South Australia. It is an ore cart, you sit in and they push you and you roll down at a steady pace donw a small rail and you have to shoot as many targets as you can, misses are misses and whatever you have left you dump at the end on a dump plate.
