My old mind sometimes makes things up but back in the dark corners of my gray matter it seems that I used to know how to thread a needle for hand sewing so the tread won't pull out. I'm sewing on sequins today and I have to continually rethread the needle and I'm about to rip my hair out. Anybody know this treading trick?:help

Tie a Knot at the end of the Thread !

I don't seem to recall how to do that. Lazy K, could you let me know, please? I must be doing WAAAY too much beading lately.

I think it's easier to do than to explain but here goes. Thread your needle as usual. You't have one long end that you will knot and one short end. Take your threaded needle and pierce the short end about an inch from the end and pull the needle through. Easy! Does that make sense?

OH YEAH! DUH! I remember that. I guess I HAVE been beading too long. I better get back to regular sewing pretty soon.
