The Sand Creek Raiders had our 2nd shoot at our new home. We had bright sunny skies and 90 happy faces turned out to shoot. The day was absolutely gorgeous! Got a little windy on the prairie for the last 2 stage, BUT nothing like last months shoot. Wasn't able to camp this time, since I had to work on getting stuff done for the Opera, but everyone had a wonderful potluck on Saturday night (hubbie got to partake cuz he was out there for set-up and CRC's work party). Hopefully Pretty Mean shawme took some pictures (since I'm picture posting illiterate:faint ) Had lots of new shooters once again! Wh0hoo!!!!! We desperately need to offer our new shooters clinic soon. Lots of new woman shooters are heading for the range.
We have a Wild Bunch Shoot next Sunday-and I'm heading for the range with the dogs to see if they can be 'trailer dogs' or NOT! (Wranglers going turkey hunting in Wyoming-so its just the 2 girls (dogs) & I heading on out) Guess the coyote's were out last night, they were curious about the other dogs that were out there this last week-end. I can hear it now-they'll start yipping and my 2 will start howling! LOL
