[Ruff Justice]

AMARETTO COFFEE

1-1/2 cup warm water
1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals
1/3 cup amaretto
dessert topping, in pressurized can

In a 2-cup measure stir together water and instant coffee crystals. Microwave uncovered on 100 percent power for about 4 minutes or just until steaming hot. Stir in amaretto. Serve in mugs. Top each mug of coffee mixture with some dessert topping.

APPLE MULE

1 ounce jack daniels
1 ounce southern comfort
1 ounce amaretto
1 ounce triple sec
1-1/2 ounces lime juice
2 ounces orange juice

Mix in shaker with ice. Serve as shots.

ARTILLERY PUNCH

1 quart strong black tea
1 quart rye whiskey
1 bottle red wine, 26-ounce size
1 pint rum
1/2 pint brandy
1 jigger benedictine
1 pint orange juice
1/2 pint lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a large punch bowl with a block of ice. If too dry, sugar syrup may be added. Decorate with twists of lemon peel.

BEER MARGARITA

6 ounces can frozen concentrated limeade
6 ounces tequila
6 ounces beer

Combine ingredients in blender. Add a couple of ice cubes and blend briefly. Allow to set for a few minutes. Pour contents over ice in salt-rimmed glass.

WINTER WARM UP

1 bottle sherry or muscatel, 4 to 5 quarts
6 cups orange juice
1 teaspoon ground cardamom

In slow cooking pot, combine wine with orange juice and cardamom. Cover and heat on low for 2 to 3 hours. Ladle into heat proof glasses or mugs.

SLOE COMFORTABLE SCREW

4 ounces good quality orange sherbet
1 ounces Southern Comfort
1 ounces Galliano
1 splash sweet orange juice
ice as needed

Place in blender and blend contents to slush consistency. Pour into tall thin glass and top off with 1 ounce sloe gin.
