She gets regular visits from all sort of wildlife living in Evergreen Colorado. Mtn. Lions, Bears, Foxes, Turkeys and Deer.
A hunter herself, everything in the back yard is off limits though!
This picture....10 feet from back door yesterday at Noon.

And the loser of fighting over his women!

His right side antler is completely broken off from a battle! He is an older bull and just not up to the task anymore. I suspect next year will be his last!

Those are wonderful pictures...you can stop communication with my hubbie now... I already told him I was willing to got to Alaska next if he would like, no need to swoon me with the lovely wildlife!

Greeneyed ( that a very cool back yard!)
Matthews mother had the moose, dear, and a milita of squirles trained to climb the stair up to back deck for the winter time treats she made for them all....I have several pictures of moose with their heads practically IN the kitchen window to prove it! LOL

Too cool! If anyone wants to go to Alaska... My cousin Heath and my cousin Heather runs a fishing expedition company(taking people to THE best fishing spots guaranteed) up there (think king salmon) and could give you more info on staying and playing... As a gift for my dads birthday he often catches a fish packs it in ice and puts it on a plane sending it to us here! LOL Dinner delivery talk about FRESH.

Hi Kid,
Thanks for sharing the pics of the wildlife, they are magnificient creatures. When we were in Yellowstone, I heard the elk bugling and I can still hear it today. (Such an erie sound, especially for this Southern California girl.) The photo of the red fox is breathtaking. They are such beautiful animals, just melts my heart with their beauty. Your daughter is lucky to have such beautiful elements around her every day. I am looking forward to going to Yosemite this year, it is my favorite National Park. So much beauty, solitude and God's beautiful creatures all around. I will look forward to you posting more pics in the future.:)

They are wonderful to watch. Thanksgiving we were at our friends house in Conifer, CO and an entire herd of elk decided to visit us that day-we counted 28 animals in his yard & near his deck & patio. Fortunately-there allowed to hunt there!!!!:33
