Last night i made sweet corn cake(follow the package directions to make corn muffins and add a can of cream style corn) Bake as directed!
Parmesan Breaded chicken-
Bread crumbs 1/2 can
2 tbl spoons flour
season salt 1 tsp or less
garlic pwdr 1/2 tsp
1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp red pepperflakes
Mix all in bowl

Beat 1 egg dredge boneless chicken pieces
Then coat in dry mix i sprinkle extra cheese on chicken in the pan

bake @ 375 for 30 minutes or until juices run clear
I made some steamed vegis and a pasta dish (boxed LOL)
Dessert was a ny style cheesecake i made i will give the recipe shorty!!
Woodstock said it was the best yet.. better than going out! Good i can save that $$ for fabric !!!

dang thats a lot of food....

I had grilled chicken, baked pumpkin and a potato (no oil) with steamed brocolli.

Tonight is sun dried tomato pizza.

I piece of lebanese bread, spread with 1 tbs spoon of tomato paste. You then take i tbs of low fat ricotta cheese and spread over the tomato paste.

Cut up red/green/yellow capsicum (peppers), spanish onion, grape tomatoes. Assemble on pizza base add a little bit of low fat ham and a small handful of grated chese, cook in oven for about 15 minutes..

Yummy...and is weight watchers approved

All less calorically than the nice pizzas delivered... And the kids get to make faces on there own pizza!
