Okay, I tried 'searching' the faq and forum and I'm obviously not wording it right or something as this is tooo obvious...

Mom likes my (one) old-style shirt and has volunteered to make me another. I need to get her a pattern before she changes her mind! :-) :-) :-)
Where are the best sources for shirt (and vest?) patterns? Preferably fairly simple ones as Mom is in her 70s and I don't want to ask for something too tricky.
The shirt I have now is a fairly simple, loose fitting, pull-over with a one-button neck and made of a burnt-orangeish, small plaid. (Chihuahua Floyd's Kid has seen it as I wore it to Lenoir last month when I visited with her and her family.)
When buying material... Does it come pre-shrunk or does Mom need to make the shirt noticeably oversized to allow for shrinkage?
Thanks!

Pre shrink the material and then cut out to size.....here are a couple places to look for patterns...

Laughing Moon (http://www.lafnmoon.com)

Buckaroo Bobbins (http://www.buckaroobobbins.com)

Hope this helps you...and I know some of the girls don't like Buckaroo Bobbins but I find the shirts are pretty easy... :re

I was going to suggest the Buckaroo Bobbins one. That is the one that I use all the time for hubby. I can make a shirt for him in one day if it is already cut out. They are pretty easy. :)
