I had an absolute fantastic time this past weekend at the Silver City Shooter's annual event in Indian Springs, just outside of Las Vegas. It was sold out at 80 shooters, just a small annual but big on fun! I won 2nd in Ladies 49r, Irish Eyes took first and she is a great competitor. Seems to be the weekend for 2nd for me, also took 2nd in Ladies Shooting Costume, with my new skirt and vest that I had made to match the hat I won last fall. But of course the picture doesn't show the bottom of the skirt, where all the trimming is!!! Also won 2nd best dressed couple at the banquet, Shaky won 1st in Cowboy working costume. The weather was almost perfect, a little cool in the morning but could shed the coats after lunch. Lots of good friends, food and shooting, what more could a girl ask for?????????? :dc :dc Skye
